ALISON LOPEZ
Work centers around helping people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and create space for healing from within. She believes healing begins when we feel safe enough to soften, listen inward, and return to ourselves. Having studied ASL in the past, she feels especially honored to be part of a retreat that brings together healing, community, connection, and accessibility in such a meaningful way.

Guided by intuitive creativity and island-inspired energy, Efrain brings a warm, expressive presence that encourages others to reconnect with beauty, authenticity, and inner calm.
MJ Evermore
MJ’s first love was for contemporary dance. Having summoned a studio into her rural hometown at the age of 9, she reflects on that as her first successful manifestation project. Dedicated to storytelling through movement, it makes sense to have found her roots in the world of ASL interpretation. Practicing since 2015 and certified since 2022, MJ strives to uplift every interaction she gets to be part of as she understands the inherent importance each moment of connection holds. She began facilitating yoga sessions in 2017 to spread the liberating techniques of movement as medicine and to hold space for the practice of self-regulation. The look of bliss upon the faces of practitioners at the completion of class is, to her, the most sincere reward. MJ volunteers as a circus event coordinator for Flow Fest Indy and as the Director of Cirque Programming for a beloved discovery festival known as Breathe. These are two communities to which she attributes much of her personal growth. You can find MJ in the aerial gym studying the endless complexity of the trapeze or in the garden with her fur babies Jethro, Cleo and Steela.
